Your property will be displayed on a 6 page micro site (click here to see an example) that has the following features:
- Home Page with 6 photos and introductory text with a highlighted box outlining special and unique features of your property. There is no limit to the amount of information you want us to insert on the Home Page. We also recommend you send us YouTube videos of your property
- Rates and Availability page giving your rates (prices) and details of special offers (where applicable). At the bottom of the page is an availibility calendar showing current and pending bookings.
- Services and Utilities Page with sections on In-Room Facilities, on-site facilities, credit card facilities, activities and services and facilities in the area
- Location Page with an interactive Google map that allows the user to switch from satellite view to map view. If the area around your property has "Google Street View" then this is also available - this fantastic tool allows the visitor to your site to cruise around the roads and streets in the neighborhood
- Contact Us Page with a spam protected form enabling clients to email you directly.
- Book Now Page providing our online booking systems. Moving the pointer over the calendar shows the price for that specific day (prices can differ as you wish). Selecting the days of arrival and departure brings up the "user friendly" booking system. The owner has full control of the booking system (through their own administration page) for such things as price etc.
- Photo Gallery with up to 20 photos! This is also under the control of the owner who may add or delete their own photos.
- Languages: The property is listed in English on www.mangolink.com and in Spanish on www.mangolink.es - this is very important as there are many Spanish looking for holiday rentals. If you do not speak Spanish you may use our office for the contact telephone number.

There are two options available:
Option A (Our commission-based fee)
A one-off setup fee of only €10 (plus 12% commission on all bookings) will place your property on one of the sites (either English or Spanish, as you prefer) and includes a mandatory online booking service. A further €10 will include it on both sites
Option B (Annual Subscription)
An annual fee of only €90 will place your property on both sites (English and Spanish). Included in the annual subscription fee is an optional online booking service. PayPal charges will be passed to the client. This online booking is optional in that the client can choose to have an availability calendar with no online booking or a full booking service.
cancellation
With Option B, if you wish to cancel you subscription you will be refunded the outstanding months subscription. Please note there is no refund for a partial month nor the tax (IVA) paid to the Government.
How to submit details of your Property
Send an email to office@magolink.com and you will receive details of the information we require and a form to itemize the facilities you have available
Convert the mini website on our Web Site into a fully functioning independent Web Site
We can build you the same website but with your web address. The cost for this is €80 for the 1st year and includes:
- The domain name
- hosting
- site maintenance
The following year will be €50 on the condition your property is still advertised with Mangolink

How Does The Reader Find Our Property On Mangolink?
There are several ways a reader will find your page. Clicking on the main menu item “ACCOMMODATION” displays a page with the following clickable options:
- Search accommodation by Map - opens a map showing Valencia Province divided into counties. Clicking on a county displays a list of its towns and villages, and clicking on on one of these will display its properties.
- Search Accommodation by Town or Village - displays all the towns and villages in Valencia Province. Clicking on on one of these will display its properties.
- Search for Accommodation in Valencia City - due to its size, Valencia City is treated as a separate ‘county’ - this option displays:
- a map of Valencia City divided into districts.
- a list of accommodation by type with the districts having that type listed below.
- Holiday Rentals - Villas - displays a page with all of the holiday rentals listed regardless of location
- Types of Accommodation - the remaining links in the list display properties according to their type ie “Beach Hotels”
