How to add the new Frequency for BBC Streams on the Illusion Box
1. Press the menu button.
2. Select Installation
3. Enter the code 1111 (press 1 four times)
4. Scroll down the list of satellites with up and down key
5. When you reach the satellite Astra 2a , press ok and it will be highlighted in Yellow.
6. Press the green button for the transponder list and you will get this screen

7. Press the yellow button to add the new frequency for BBC Streams
8. Key in the new frequency of 11954 and press the red button to save the frequency. Note you cannot add or change the other parameters until you have saved the frequency.
9. The frequency (11954) you have added will now appear in the transponder list in its numerical order. Scroll through the transponder list until you find the frequency 11954 that you have added. You will note that the frequency is correct but the other parameters are either missing or incorrect.
10. Press the green button to edit and with the volume button go to the blank space and key in the symbol rate of 27500 and press the red button to save.
11. Press the green button again to edit and with the volume button go to the H/V and change it to H using the up/down button and press the red button to save.
12. Press the green button again to edit and with the volume button go to the FEC and put in the value of 2/3 using the up / down button and press the red button to save. Avoid using the AUTO option.
13. You will now have added the new frequency with all the correct parameters and there should be a signal strength and quality showing on the screen. If there is no signal you have probably made an error with the parameters and there is no point scanning for channels
14. Assuming you done everything correct you will have a signal and press the red button for scan and it will say searching.
15. After searching it will come with a green screen . the numbers 6711 to 6715 are streams. At this point, you can press save and it will save it in the “all channel lists”. You have to remember that the streams are numbered 6711 to 6715.
16. However, only if you think you are clever and want to edit these numbers with a qwerty keyboard and give them a name, press the green button and by following instructions you can change the numbers for a name. Don’t change any of the other numbers (PIDS).
17. After editing the name or leaving them as numbers press the red button to save and then select YES to add the services to your channels
