Casita Verde is a traditional three-storey Spanish village house, well over 200 years old, which has been sympathetically modernised to offer cosy and stylish accommodation for the discerning traveller. It is built in the traditional style of Spanish terraced houses - long (for coolness in Summer, and conservation of warmth in Winter) with plenty of space for 4.The fully fitted kitchen is completely equipped and includes a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and a large fridge-freezer. There is a second summer kitchen off the roof terrace with sink, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. A kettle barbecue which also acts as an oven is on the terrace itself. There are two bedrooms; one King Size and one twin. Other facilities include: trouser press, air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric heating (electricity included in the rental at no extra charge) barbecue, Satellite TV. Linens are included.
