The house itself is different to many townhouses in Oliva because it does not back onto other buildings and as a result it has more natural light, a through flow of fresh air which you'll appreciate on hot days and also more windows from which to enjoy the view. Although the house has been modernised, the best of the original features have been retained to enhance its character.
