The City Museum is dedicated to the history of the Valencia area and stands in the Old Quarter. With a host of information, displays and artefacts about the city's Roman past and earlier heritage, the Museo de la Ciudad contains many detailed scale models of important buildings and palaces, together with paintings and seasonal exhibitions.
