The brothers, Juan, José and Vicente were born into a farming family but chose to break away from tradition and follow their artistic dreams. They attended the Valencia School of Arts and Crafts and went on to produce the beautiful figurines which are now world famous. Their first retail shop opened in Valencia in 1955 and a few years later moved to the town of Tabernas. The workshop grew so large that it's now known as the City of Porcelain.
