The Main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Valencia is Located close to the center of Valencia and the Expo Hotel at Avenida Menéndez Pidal, 13 (Tel. 963 466 266) is EMT The bus system within the city of Valencia is run by EMT (Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Valencia ). To find timetables, routes and information, visit their website (www.emtvalencia.es ) At most of the stops, you will find a map of the city with the routes of all the lines. The frequency of buses on the main lines is around 5 or 6 minutes During the summer there are three routes servicing Valencia's beautiful beaches. Routes arrive at Paseo Maritimo and Malvarossa (by the Port, with water sports and bars), La Patacona, Port Saplaya in the North and El Piñedo or El Saler (beside La Albufera Park and the golf course) in the South. |

| VALENCIA TOURIST CARD The Valencia Tourist Card entitles the holder to multiple use of public transport in the city of Valencia (zone A) and discounts for museum visits, leisure activities, shops and restaurants. Establishments that accept the discount card will display a sticker. Cards are sold at hotels, kiosks and tourist offices and are valid for a period of one,(€ 10 ) two (€ 16 ) or three days ( € 20 ). The card is activated when used for the first time on public transport or when a date is stamped at a sales point. It is valid until midnight on the expiry date.
