From Valencia, take the Autovia A3 to Madrid and continue for approximately 20km. Take the exit 337 for Godelleta on the CV-50 and at km 4.1 you will see the sign Urbanización El Bosque.
The El Bosque Golf Club was opened in 1975 and was designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. who has designed some of the world's best golf courses.
The land on which the course is built is crossed by a steep river bank which gives the course a sloping aspect and some land features have been levelled without making it look artificial.
The total distance of the course is 6,249 metres and it is a par 72. The course has an interesting variety of 18 holes as the objective of Robert Trent Jones Snr was to create a golf course where all types of golfers could play but one that was also a challenge for even the most expert golfers.
The design of the course combines perfectly the sloping freeways with water obstacles and 90 sand traps and the greens are fast and demanding.
