A lioness finally kills a cape buffalo cow in the Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania after a long struggle. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best areas to view wildlife in Africa. The crater floor is 260 km² and is home to 25,000 large animals, especially cape buffalo. Within the crater are permanent prides of lions predating on the buffalo. However, as this video illustrates, these buffalo aren’t easily taken down and usually necessitate the entire pride to bring down a buffalo.
