This full video documentary tells the story of the battle between the large lion prides and immense herds of buffalo during the dry season in the Ruaha national park. in south-central Tanzania. The availability of water has become scarce concentrating the buffalo herds to drink from the Ruaha river. This should be ideal for the Lions. However, buffalo in big herds prove to be dangerous prey for the Lions that are also competing between different prides.
