A Houston neighbourhood is tormented by a long-time cat burglar. Cleo the cat started off just taking items from the owners house but them expanded his range to visiting neighbours homes and taking items of clothing. The owner was so embarrassed she would wash the items and put the loot outside her home for owners to re-trieve.
Cleo became a social media sensation and had his own T-shirts printed with profits going to a local shel-ter.
