This is a great opportunity to observe two Imperial eagles interacting in their natural environment.
The Spanish Imperial Eagle is native to the Iberian Peninsula and is a resident species. It is a similar size to its cousin, the Eastern Imperial eagle and somewhat smaller than the golden Eagle but is overall darker in colour than both.
Spanish imperial eagles’ nest from February to April and clutch size is usually two to three eggs, with an incubation period of around 43 days.
