Discover the weird World of honeypot ants who amongst other things, stuff members of their own colony until they look like golden water balloons. Drop by drop, worker ants deliver nectar and other liquid food into their larg-est sisters’ mouths. These living food larders are known as repletes and when food is scarce in the desert, the col-ony will feed from them.
